Raw unprocessed and unfiltered Berkshire & Buckinghamshire honey – Runny.
Our raw honey is made by the honey bees it has been done for thousands of years. Exactly as nature intended it.
Our raw local honey is collected by the bees in Berkshire and surrounding counties.
Nectar and pollen is collected by the bee from a variety of flowers, trees, wild bushes and various grasses.
The taste of raw unprocessed honey is very different and usually less sweet than the honeys found in most supermarkets.
The colour, texture and flavour of our raw honey will vary from season to season. All the UK raw, real honey will set/ crystalize within months and sometimes in weeks from the date of extraction.
Crystallization is totally natural process and it does not impact its great natural benefits. The reason why raw honeys are cloudy and set faster; is due to not being filtered and pasteurized so there are fragment of pollen, propolis, wax and trace elements in it.
Not suitable for babies younger than 18 months.
